I think following can be added to the website.

1.List of service centre of a product with address,mail id/phone/mobile no. e.g. nokia.

2.True meaning of tech.specks. e.g. what do u mean by 5 megapixle in Digital camera or what do u mean by picbridge. If u have pickbridge in your digital camera the same can be attached to phtopritner and one can take out prints. another example in lcd tv contrast ratio is 1500:1 and brightness ratio what does that mean. one can say that higher the contrast ratio better the picture quality as higher contrast ratio makes the drak part fo video more darker and white portion more whiter and hence u get better picture quality.

One can think of may such innovattive features which makes the customer life easy and their buying decision also easy.
